terms and conditions

  • Payment: Net 30 days, subject to credit approval. Discounts improperly taken will be charged back. A service charge of 1½% per month will be made on all delinquent accounts.
  • Freight: Full freight allowed on orders of $2,500 net or more to one destination East of the Mississippi.
  • Prices: Subject to change without notice.
  • Warranty: All products are guaranteed against defective material and/or workmanship. Warranty or guarantee is limited to the purchase of merchandise only.
  • Credit: Permission must be granted before any merchandise can be returned for credit. A return Authorization Number must accompany all returned merchandise.
