A very flexible hose suited for gravity flow, pressure, or suction service transferring oily and non-oily edibles from tank truck, and in-plant service.  White Food Grade Synthetic Rubber (FDA/USDA compliant and conforms to 3-A Sanitary Standard 18-03. 

Spiral-plied Synthetic Fabric with Wire Helix.

Temperature -25°F to 230°F (-32°C to 110°C.


The TFE Master

Extremely flexible - FDA/Chemical Resistant TFE tube excellent for conveying and transferring a variety of products in plants, trucks, barges, ships, or storage tanks.

TEMPERATURE: -40˚F to +300˚F Normal Service.

Construction: Tube TFE - Meets FDA Requirements - Chemical Resistant

Reinforcement: Synthetic high tensile textile with steel wire helix

Cover: Blue EPDM w/yellow lay line

Rubber Food Handling

White or Gray

Designed to transfer non-dairy food products such as bulk liquid sugar, syrups, and vegetable oils from tank truck or rail car to candy manufacturers, bottling, and processing plants. Smooth white vinyl nitrile tube meets F.D.A. requirements, is easily cleaned and is animal and vegetable oil resistant; and it can be used in pressure applications or at full vacuum. Smooth white vinyl nitrile cover is abrasion, animal fat, oil, and weather resistant. Temperature range -40˚F to +180˚F.

Reinforced Vinyl Tubing

This FDA compliant phthalate free hose is reinforced with a polyester braid, which allows it to withstand 4 times its working pressure.  The smooth clear PVC tube maximizes flow rate and makes it easy to monitor.  Temperature Range -20 F to +150 F.

(Higher temperatures will result in a reduction of working pressure)

PVC Food Handling

The ideal hose for applications that require fast flow with visibility during transfer. Clear hose with wire Helix. This hose meets F.D.A. requirements, is easy to clean, extremely flexible yet durable and tough. Rated for full vacuum. USDA 3A for milk, meat and poultry plants.
